Generous positive ease and modified drop shoulder shaping give this sweater a relaxed, boxy fit that’s perfect for pulling on over anything. The sweater is worked top down, and directions are provided for cropped (shown) or standard lengths, as well as three different sleeve length options to get your personal ideal fit. I envisioned this design being the perfect piece to reach for when you want to sit out on the front porch, sipping on a warm beverage and enjoying working a few rounds of your current knitting project. **SIZES** This pattern is graded to 10 sizes, {A, B, C}(D, E, F, G){H, I, J}. These sizes are graded to fit a body with a full bust of {30, 34, 38}(42, 46, 50, 54){58, 62, 66}" / {75, 85, 95}(105, 115, 125, 135){145, 155, 165} cm. *Please note that these are BODY measurements, not measurements of the finished sweater.* **SIZING GUIDELINES** This sweater is designed to be worn with 10” / 25.5 cm of positive ease at the bust and approximately 5” / 13 cm of positive ease at the upper arm. See [Pattern Details PDF][3] for a full Schematic. **SAMPLE** Photos show a Size B worn worked to the cropped length, using Sleeve Length 1, with 10” / 25.5 cm of positive ease at the bust and 5” / 13 cm of positive ease at the upper arm on a body with a height of 5’2” / 157 cm. **TESTERS** Check out my [Tester Showcase][2] to view the projects from all my wonderful test knitters! This can be a great way to get color & yarn inspiration, as well as getting a chance to see the fit of this garment on a wide range of different bodies. **YARN** Yarn A and Yarn B are held together. If substituting with a yarn held single, choose a sport or DK weight yarn and swatch to be sure the yarn creates a fabric you like at the pattern gauge. Yarn A: Knitting for Olive Merino (100% non-superwash extra fine Merino; light fingering weight; 275 yds / 250 m per 50 g). Sample is shown in Rust. Yarn B: Knitting for Olive Soft Silk Mohair (70% mohair, 30% silk; lace weight; 250 yds / 225 m per 25 g). Sample is shown in Rust. See [Pattern Details PDF][3] for yardage charts. **NEEDLES** Below are suggested needle sizes. Use the needle you need to obtain gauge for the main body, and a needle three sizes smaller for the ribbing. In both sizes you will need circular needles of lengths appropriate for your size and your preferred needle type for small circumference knitting. • Main Body: US 6 / 4.0 mm • Ribbing: US 3 / 3.25 mm **GAUGE** 21 sts x 28 rnds = 4” / 10 cm in stockinette, worked on main body needle flat and in the round, blocked. **ADDITIONAL MATERIALS** • Yarn needle • Stitch marker for BOR • Scrap yarn for putting sts on hold **TECHNIQUES USED** • Working flat • Working in the round • Basic increases and decreases • Picking up sts • Long-Tail Cast On • Cable Cast On • Tubular Bind Off • German Short Rows [1]: https://www.andreagaughanknits.com/newsletter [2]: https://www.andreagaughanknits.com/blog/front-porch-tester-showcase [3]: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1UWvRPSU9wfCElTpcPAgx07Q8RG6vAp5b/view?usp=sharing
