Depends on size you make, yarn weight, and your crochet speed. With bulky yarn you can make a half circle shawl in a couple of nights. (4 hours approx) With lightweight yarn if you make a large full circle shawl it could take a week of crocheting. (8-10 hours) With worsted weight yarn I made a 3/4 Circle Shawl in about 3 nights of crocheting.
