Under The Hill Socks

Designed for the Skein and the Stitch Hobbit-themed sock advent 2023. This gorgeous sock pattern is worked cuff down with a heel flap and gusset. The pattern is worked by increasing out and then slowly decreasing over a few rounds. It's a fairly easy pattern for anyone used to simple lace and sock knitting. Under The Hill is where Bilbo lives in The Shire, and since the sock yarn used was called Bilbo's Garden, I thought these little flowers looked perfect. Contrasting cuffs, heels, and toes are not required.
