Cotinga Snowflake

The Cotinga Snowflake is part of the Snowfall Crochet Along 2023- A Rainbow. This pattern is available in the PDF eBook of all 12 snowflake patterns [here][2]. I thought it would be fun to design my snowflakes a little differently this year, so I have designed them in color and to work in both thread and Catona yarn. In thread these snowflakes are between 2-3 inches (5.1–7.6 cm) or in yarn they are 4-5 inches (5.1–7.6 cm). I get a surprising number of requests for smaller snowflakes, and I have wanted to make some heavier gauge snowflakes similar to some of the snowflakes I have from my great grandma. The slightly smaller snowflake size felt like the perfect opportunity to make the chunkier snowflakes as they are still a reasonable size.
