The top part is knit flat while the neck shaping takes place, then the remainder is knit in the round. Stitches for the collar are picked up and knit at the end. Should you have any pattern questions, please post them in this [discussion forum][1]. **Sizes** Finished body circumferences are given above. It is intended to fit with approximately 3-7 inches ( 8-18 cm) of ease. The pattern includes a schematic diagram which shows the key measurements for all the sizes. A pattern for children's sizes can be found [here][2]! **Bobbles** The bobble snowflake is both written and charted. A bobble method, as well as tips for closing gaps beside the bobbles (if needed) are provided in the pattern. However, if there is a different bobble method you prefer, it can certainly be substituted! **Yarn** The aqua sample is knit in [Brooklyn Tweed Shelter][3]. A few other worsted weight yarn ideas are shown above. Yarns that drape (e.g. superwash, or ones containing alpaca, etc.) are **not** recommended as they will cause the snowflake to be elongated.
