Stocking Hat Ornament These directions are for a basic hat. Have fun mixing colors in stripes, add additional rows as needed. To make a taller hat add a knit row between each decrease row. Size 1 double point needles or 32in or larger circular needle 7 yds fingering wt yarn approx. (I used a variety of my left over sock yarn.) Pom-pom takes about 4 1/2 ft.
