All About That Brioche

This modern triangular shawl features a fun mix of garter colour blocks and squishy brioche stitch in two colours. Worked as a sideways bias-knit triangle with a centred bottom tip makes it an enjoyable knit and easy to wear item. I seem to be seeing brioche everywhere at the moment, so this is my little contribution. If you have never knitted brioche stitch this shawl would be a great project for you to try and practice the basic technique. The pattern has been well tested by knitters who had never done any brioche knitting before (and also by some experienced knitters) and they all found the pattern easy to follow and made some beautiful shawls! The pattern provides fully written out as well as charted instructions. I hope you'll enjoy the pattern! SIZE: -length along top edge: approx. 205cm/80.7“ -depth: approx. 54cm/21.3“ YARN: Designed for fingering weight yarn in two contrasting colours. Allow approx. 410yds/375m of each colour to get the size of the sample; easily adjustable for other yardages.
