*Sweetly simple… The perfect starting point for a blanket, this pattern is for the classic and traditional granny square blanket in a super large size.* **Skill Level** Beginner: A great starting project, the basic granny square is an easy pattern to learn. The pattern uses only the basic crochet stitches. **Yarn** Stylecraft Special DK: 14 colours/15 balls (1 ball of each for the blanket, 1 extra in the border colour): 1005 - Cream 1019 - Cloud Blue 1020 - Lemon 1026 - Apricot 1029 - Copper 1034 - Sherbet 1065 - Meadow 1067 - Grape 1080 - Pale Rose 1081 - Saffron 1099 - Grey 1240 - Soft Peach 1032 - Denim (Border) 1820 - Duck Egg Or approximately 4,500 yards of your own choice of DK yarn.
