This pattern was designed as part of [The Authentic Collection][1], a handful of patterns designed with my heart and my origins in mind ❤️ Watch the Collection's preview [here][2]. An array of stripes, gently transitioning from one color to the next one while creating a mesmerizing series of chevrons. **FINISHED MEASUREMENTS** 72 inches (180cm) from side to side. 23 inches (58 cm) from top to bottom at deepest point. **MATERIALS** Yarn: 2 skeins of Tosh Merino Light by Madelinetosh (100% superwash merino - 100g / 420 yards). You will need approx. 250 yards of color A and 420 yards of color B. The sample was knit using colorways Silver Fox (Color A; pale gray) and Spectrum (Color B; variegated blue). Note on yarn use: Every yard of Color B is needed for the shawl so be careful! If you are substituting yarn make sure you have 420 yards, or consider getting a second skein just in case. Needles: US 6 (4mm) needles. **GAUGE** 19 stitches and 32 rows to 4” (10 cm) in Garter St, after blocking (and slightly stretching) the fabric with pins. Gauge is not crucial for this project.
