For pattern support please go to the questions thread [here][1]. *created in collaboration with POLO&CO* *Aibrean* is a lovely sweater with an easy pattern that gives a pretty, nubby texture. You won’t need much time to get into the pattern, I swear - anyway the instructions are given word by word to lead you through the yoke increases in pattern - first the yoke is worked back and forth to the final neck CO, then in the round to sleeve separation. Sleeve sts are placed on hold to work the body first down to the ribbing. Then sleeve sts are placed on DPNs (or longer circular needles for magic loop method) to work the sleeves in the round top down. Neck finishing is worked last. finished bust circumference: 34.5 (36, 39.5, 41, 44.5, 46, 50) in 87 (91.5, 100, 104, 112.5, 116.5, 127) cm *sample is worn with approx. 3 in of positive ease at bust.* yarn: 4 (4, 4, 4, 5, 5, 6) skeins Sutak by Polo&Co, 50% cashmere, 50% merino wool, sport weight (100 g, 291 yds (267 m)); or approx. 960 (1013, 1112, 1178, 1276, 1363, 1500) yds; 880 (930, 1020, 1080, 1170, 1250, 1375) m gauge: 20 sts x 28 rows/rnds in St st on larger needles; 19 sts x 28 rows/rnds in pattern stitch on larger needles. additional materials: Stitch markers, stitch holders or scrap yarn, tapestry needle, blocking tools.
