Siren Song

*Yes, it's the long-awaited shawl version of [Song of the Sea][1] cowl.* This elegant shawl develops in beautiful Art Deco waves. It's a slight parallelogram (squashed rectangle), finishing in elegant points. You can block it with straight edges, or keep the gentle scallops along the biggest waves. The size is flexible: from 1-skein scarf to generous shawl. 3 sizes are given in the pattern. There instructions so that you can easily adjust it to a custom size or for the amount of yarn that you have. Worked lengthwise, in long, rhythmical rows, this is an *intermediate* lace project. It is a great project to try working lace on right- and wrong-side rows for the first time since the lace itself is easy. (If you're looking for your first lace project, I suggest [Song of the Sea][2] instead.)
