Materials- medium or heavy worsted weight yarn: approx. 525 (575, 725, 875, 985, 1,045) yards. 24 inch circular needles size 7 and 5; double point needles size 7 and 5 or sizes required to get the gauge. Scrap yarn, 4 stitch markers, blunt darning needle. 2 buttons, about 5/8 inch. Gauge- using the larger needles in stockinette st, 18 sts equal 4 inches.
