The pattern specifies: Sport Weight Yarn, approximately: * 14.5 ounces (410 grams, 1365 yards, 1248 meters): MC (blue in sample) * 6 ounces (170 grams, 565 yards, 516 meters): CC (white) Crochet hook size G (4.00 mm) or size needed for gauge Gauge: In pattern, 9 clusters and 9 rows = 4" / 10 cm The afghan is worked in 100 rows, and finished off with two rounds of edging.
