Ling V-Neck

**CONSTRUCTION** This sweater is knit in one piece from the top down. The yoke is worked flat to the base of V-neck. Increases occur on each side of four raglan columns that demarcate the sleeves from the fronts and back. At the same time, stitches are increased at the front neck to shape the V-neck. When shoulder and neck shaping are complete, sleeve stitches are put on hold and the piece is joined for working in the round, continuing the body down through a split hem worked in 1 x 1 rib with selvage edges. Sleeves are worked in the round to the ribbed cuffs. Finally, stitches are picked up around the V-neckline for working a Fair Isle neckband.
