Morningside Top

Morningside Top is worked from the top down in stockinette stitch. First the back is worked back and forth. Stitches are then picked up from the cast-on edge to form each shoulder whilst shaping the neck. The front is joined and knitted back and forth; once complete, the front and back are joined. The body is then knit in the round and finished in a classic rib stitch. Finally, stitches are picked up and knitted in rib along the neck edge, then folded over and secured on the wrong side.
