JULIE Top

The JULIE top is a cropped, ribbed summer top. The chunky knit top looks par<cularly good in combina<on with high-waist trousers and skirts and not only cuts a good figure “solo”, but also in combina<on with blouses and blazers ... for everyone who likes it a liFle more "dressed up”. The top is worked top-down in Half Fisherman’s Rib, with the “ruffled” side of the paFern as the RS. Front and back are worked back and forth to end of armholes, then the body is worked in the round. Finally, the straps are kniFed on. The length of the straps and thus the depth of the neckline can be individually adjusted. The top sits close to the body, but due to the ribbed paFern, unworn and unstretched, it looks a liFle narrower than the given bust size. With a height of 1.76 m/5U 9” and a chest circumference of 89 cm/35”, I'm wearing this top in size S. Due to the ribbed paXern, the top is narrower when not worn and unstretched. The top sits close to the body due to the rib paXern, so no posiave ease is calculated. For example, if you have a bust circumference of 92 cm/36.2”, you should knit size M. **Gauge/Tension** HFR worked flat, using ndl size 4.0 mm: 16–17 sts x 34–36 rows = 10 x 10 cm/4” square, measured axer washing, slightly stretched and lying flat. Please adjust needle size if necessary, to obtain correct gauge. Work quite aght, to ensure that the satch paXern is nice and even. Zum Anpassen der Maschenproben ggf. eine andere Nadelgröße wählen.
