**Size**: 115 cm in width x 50 cm in height, after washing. **Gauge**: 18 sts x 20 ridges = 10 x 10 cm in Garter Stitch at needle size 5 mm. **Needle size**: Circular needle 5 mm (lengths 60 and 80 cm are recommended). **Yarn**: The shawl is knitted with 2 threads held together: *1st thread*: “Organic wool 2”, Krea Deluxe (85 m per 50 g). *2nd thread*: “Deluxe Silk Mohair”, Krea Deluxe (240 m per 20 g). **Yarn amount**: *1st thread*: 300g (“Organic Wool 2”) og *2nd thread*: 40g (“Deluxe Silk Mohair”). **Yarn alternative**: 300g “Håndværksgarn”, Hjelholt Uldspinderi (200 m per 100g). **Process**: The shawl is knitted back and forth in Garter Stitch, starting from the top. To give the shawl its shape, a series of side- and center increases are created down along the part knitted in Garter Stitch. Lastly, a laced border is knitted orthogonally onto the shawl, to create its edge.
