FRIENDS Frame Mug Rug and Placemat

Use one strand of worsted yarn and a 4mm hook to make a mug rug OR use three strands of worsted yarn (or one strand of bulky) and a 8mm hook to make a placemat using the same pattern! Worked in one piece. Purple middle uses the C2C method, then the yellow frame is crocheted on as a border.
