**Pattern Details**
Meant to be worn with a relaxed fit, Heritage Harbor is a drop shoulder sweater with a boxy silhouette and slightly oversized sleeves. An optional folded collar gives the sweater a tailored vibe. Generous sleeve cuffs and a boxy hem complete this effortlessly polished look. Classic stripes and subtle knit & purl texture lend a polished air to this casual classic sweater.
**Construction**
Heritage Harbor is a drop shoulder sweater knit from the top down. The back of the sweater is cast on at the shoulders and knit flat. Exposed seams are created on the shoulders when stitches are picked up from the cast on edge. Left and right front shoulders are knit flat with shaping for the neckline. Sweater front and back are knit flat to the sleeve depth and the body is joined to work in the round. Sleeves are picked up and knit downward. Collar stitches are picked up and knit, bound off and then seamed for a folded collar.
**Techniques Used In This Pattern**
Long tail cast on, backwards loop cast on, picking up stitches, tubular bind off.
**Selecting A Size**
Heritage Harbor is intended to be worn with 4-8” / 10-20 cm of positive ease. Select a size 4-8” / 10-20 cm larger than your bust circumference. Measurements below are for the finished sweater.
