Heart Square

Inspired by a classic heart shape, the Heart Square US/UK Crochet pattern includes comprehensive instructions to create your own Heart Squares, which can then be joined together to make a blanket, throw or afghan, or a bag, or cushion, or even something wearable… the possibilities are endless. Instructions are included to join your squares and also add a border if you would like to make a blanket. Some experience is needed for this pattern, however the downloadable pdf includes plenty of pictures to guide you, as well as clickable links (if viewed on your phone/pc) to instructional videos on my website for the trickier stitches. Both US and UK crochet terminology is included, and while I recommend Scheepjes Stonewashed XL the squares can be made with any yarn, just use the hook size recommended on the ball band. Size depends on yarn; my sample is approximately 14cms across.
