Snowflake #4 mosaic crochet hexagon motif. This design is made in overlay mosaic crochet technique, worked in rounds, from the center out. Stitches used in this design: single crochet, double crochet, slanted double crochet, DC2tog. The PDF file includes: *Introduction *6 written instructions for design variations with plain background and ombre background, regular DC stitches and FPDC stitches *Photo-tutorial to explain each of the stitches *and a CAL video-tutorial on YouTube with all the rounds and stitches. My sample snowflake measures 13". I used about 200 yds of Red Heart Super Saver yarn, and a 5mm hook. For my ombre background sample I used True Blue Ombre for RHSS, with color control.
