Added 10.27.22 Errata: In order to match the chart Short Row 9 should read: Short Row 9 (RS): Make double st, k1, p2, k2, sm, (k1, p2, k1) to next m, sm, work raglan sts in pattern to next m, sm, M1PL, k2, (p2, k2) to BOR m, M1PR, sm, k to last double st and work as one st, then k4, turn. 2 sts inc’d A corrected version will be sent to purchasers. When substituting yarn please be aware that a worsted weight yarn will be closer to the grist of the original yarn, despite it being described as a DK weight. As ever, getting gauge is the test of whether a substitute yarn will work well for the design. **COOMBE DAYLIGHTS and NIGHTSHADES** Coombe is a top-down raglan sweater with a timeless texture. This version is written for a beautifully drapey pullover worked in either Harrisville Designs Daylights or Nightshades. Follow the ease guidelines to get either a relaxed classic fit or a more contemporary oversized fit. Choose from two styles of sleeves to make it your own; a graceful balloon sleeve with slightly gathered cuff, or a traditional tapered sleeve. Instructions are given to help you match our sample, but because this sweater is knit top-down, body and sleeve lengths are fully adjustable. Even the collar can be customized to suit you exactly. **PATTERN INFORMATION** *SIZES* A (B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I) **FINISHED MEASUREMENTS** Bust: 37 ¾ (41 ½, 45 ¼, 49, 54 ½, 58 ¼, 62, 67 ¾, 73 ½)" / 96 (105.5, 115, 124.5, 138.5, 148, 157.5, 172, 186.5) cm This garment is intended to be worn with 8–16" / 20.5–40.5 cm positive ease Shown in size D modeled with 15" / 37.5 cm positive ease **YARN** Harrisville Designs Nightshades/Daylights (DK weight) 85% Cormo Wool; 15% Wool/250 yards per 100 g skein For Balloon sleeve: 4 (4, 4, 4, 5, 5, 6, 6, 7) skeins or 778 (853, 946, 993, 1134, 1222, 1377, 1478, 1681) yards of DK weight yarn For Tapered sleeve: 3 (4, 4, 4, 5, 5, 6, 6, 7) skeins or 738 (805, 888, 935, 1065, 1154, 1305, 1406, 1585) yards of DK weight yarn **NEEDLES** Main Fabric Needle: US 9 (5.50 mm): 16" / 40 cm and 32" / 80 cm circular, and DPNs, if preferred for small circumference knitting.
