Kumo Sweater

Kumo Sweater is named after La Bien Aimée's beautiful handdied yarn "Kumo". Kumo Sweater is as light and fluffy as a cloud (“kumo” means “cloud” in Japanese). The measurements given in this pattern are the finished measurements of the garment. My advice is to choose a size that is some 10 inches / 25 cm wider than your bust width. The sweater starts at the back with a provisional cast on. Short-rows on the shoulders form dropped shoulders. The stitches for the armholes are picked up along the armhole edge. Stitches for the neckband are picked up along the edge of the neck and loosely cast off after a few rows.
