Snowscape is an overlay mosaic crochet pattern, with a choice of three different central patterns. • Design 1 – with a central row of snowflakes • Design 2 – with a central row of deer • Design 3 – with a central row of pine trees Why have one winter design, when you can have three! ********************************************************* The PDF has 9 easy-to-read charts (with Xs for DCs) and corresponding written instructions. Two PDFs are available - one using US terms and one using UK terms. You can use any yarn and corresponding hook you like for this pattern, just remember high contrast colours are better for mosaic crochet. *********************************************************** If using Stylecraft Special DK and a 4mm hook, you will need approximately 14 skeins for the main body of the blanket (including a simple 3-row double border) * 5 skeins for Colour A - (322 yards per skein) = total 1610 yards * 6 skeins for Colour B - (322 yards per skein) = total 1932 yards * 3 skeins for a 3-row double border - (322 yards per skein) = total 966 yards Between 3542 – 4508 yards in total.
