24 Days Crochet Cowl

The 24 Days Crochet Cowl is the crochet version of the knitted 24 Days Cowl which you can find [here][1]. The pattern uses a very simple mosaic technique with most stitches being worked in the back loop only to create the staggered brick design. The pattern is written in both UK and US crochet terminology and the whilst the cowl comes in one size only, you can change the size by using a different sized hook. The pattern includes details and sizing for both a 4mm and 5mm hook and you can choose based on how tight you want the finished cowl to be. You will need: 1 x 100g of DK weight yarn for your MC and either various DK weight mini skeins (as per a yarn advent calendar or mini set) or 1 x 100g DK weight yarn for your CC if you are making a two colour version a 4mm or 5mm hook a stitch marker For reference I used a DK weight yarn advent calendar and a 4mm hook for the rainbow version and Stylecraft Special DK with a 5mm hook for the blue and orange colourblocked version. The finished sizing when laid flat is 30cm on 4mm and 32cm on 5mm, finished length is adjustable. The pattern has been extensively tested but any errata will be noted here should they arise.
