**The Koivua Light is a design I made in celebration of [Do Ewe Knit][1]'s 10th anniversary- happy anniversary Karen and team! Please check out their shop for kits using their exclusive Spincyle color Ewenicorn! I paired mine with Cormo Sport in Yellow Tulip from Moondrake Yarn Co for a super sunny and happy knit.** *The Koivua Light is a sport weight variation of my popular [Koivua][2] sweater. This version is more fitted with slightly different colorwork and features options for long or short sleeves. Koivua Light is knit top down in the round and features a colorwork yoke and hem design. This sweater is easily customizable to provide the best possible fit. Please see the schematic for full fit details. Instructions are included in the pattern to make length adjustments. My sample is knit in Moondrake Yarn Co. Cormo Sport (100% Non-superwash Cormo) 400 yards [366 meters] 55 grams Color used in sample: Yellow Tulip **Needles:** Ribbing: US 3 [2.5 mm] Main: US 4 [3.5 mm] **Notions:** Stitch Markers, scrap yarn or stitch holders, tapestry needle, row counter (optional) **GAUGE** 22 sts and 34 rounds = 4" [10 cm] in stockinette and colorwork pattern on main needles after blocking Note- You should always knit your swatch the same way that the pattern is knit—in this case, in the round.
