**Supplies needed:** Yarn (best for fingering-weight or light-weight yarn i.e. no. 2 and no. 3) 3.00mm or size needed to obtain gauge Scissors Fabric glue or adhesive of your choice to seal the ends after weaving **Recommended fit** Size 1: 13” - 20” head circumference (0 - 5 years) Size 2: 20” - 25” (5 years - adult) Size 3: 25” + (adults and individuals with thicker hair) (see listing photo for more details) **Yardage:** Size 1: ~ 78 yds Size 2: ~ 138 yds Size 3: ~ 218 yds **Techniques / stitches used:** chain single crochet double crochet triple crochet slip stitch bind off **Gauge pattern:** *1 shell stitch = (skip 2 stitches, 5 dc in next sc, skip 2 dc, sc)* Note: Each shell stitch is worked across 6 stitches * Make foundation ch 20 * Make sc into 2nd st from hook, make 3 shells * Turn work, ch 3, skip 2 dc, sc; make 2 shells * Turn work, ch 3, skip 2 dc, sc; make 1 shells * Sl st into next st Swatch piece should measure 3.5” across and 1” in height.
