Cabriole

A delightfully sweet, extremely wearable little shrug with a unique construction. The lace design reminded me of the "cabriole," a ballet leap. You will use this pattern again and again: It's so fun to knit and little ones absolutely love it! It also requires a very small amount of yarn, so it is perfect for destashing, or using up those special skeins of yarn ;) Never knit lace before? Not to worry! There is **no prior knowledge of lace knitting required** (both a chart and detailed written instructions are provided!) and the lace pattern is extremely easy, perfect for a lace novice. ~~ **SIZES:** **3mo (6mo, 12mo, 18mo // 2yo, 4yo, 6yo, 8yo, 10yo)** **To fit chest:** 16 (17, 18, 19 // 21, 23, 25, 26.5, 28) inches or 40.5 (43, 45.5, 48.5 // 53.5, 58.5, 63.5, 67.5, 71) cm **Garment cross-back from underarm to underarm**: 8.75 (9.75, 10, 11 // 11.75, 12.25, 13.5, 14.25, 14.75) inches or 22 (24.5, 25, 27.5 // 29.5, 30.5, 34, 35.5, 37) cm In general it’s best to go by the recipient’s actual measurements when select- ing the appropriate size instead of the age label.
