A Bunting We Will Go is a mosaic overlay pattern. It is an intermediate level pattern as it includes diagonal stitches (that can be replaced to make the pattern easier if need be). There are tutorial photos to show you how to do these stitches. This PDF pattern of A Bunting We Will Go is written in U.S. terminology and includes the full written pattern for the baby blanket size (in a row-by-row format) as well as the X'd graph for those who prefer to read from a graph. The written format is in a new, easier to read layout! Also included is a printer-friendly PDF. Included in the file is some color combination ideas to help you decide what is right for you. There is also a PDF beginner's guide to overlay mosaic crochet! I chose to make mine with a 4mm hook and worsted weight (4 weight) yarn. I used Red Heart yarn in Soft Navy and White. Included are the basic instructions to make a baby blanket, crib blanket, or throw size blanket. The envelope border pictured in the photos is not included in this pattern. Using different weighted yarns and hook sizes will result in a different dimension to your project. It is perfectly fine to work with what you are comfortable with; just know you may need to add more repeats (or remove some) to suit your needs.
