The Panini Beanie

This is my all-time favourite beanie and I’ve probably made one for pretty much everyone I know by now. It’s a very simple, quick knit, perfect for commutes, watching movies and last-minute presents. The pattern also looks nice from both sides making it reversible. The name was chosen by my best friend’s 6-year old who said anything that didn’t rhyme wouldn’t do. And who can argue with that? NB: It's important to start the ribbing with the purl stitch, otherwise the crown decreases won't look right.
