Keep Calm And Carry On

I designed this free pattern to make a calming lavender sachet, to give a bit of encouragement in these difficult times. It is a quick and easy project and could be completed in a day or two. Put one in your sock draw, or keep in your pocket for emergency calming sniffs. Or make to give one to a friend in need of encouragement. Knitted on 2mm needles with 4 ply yarn, the sachet will measure approximately 2 1/2” square. If larger needles and/or thicker yarn is used, the sachet will turn out bigger. You will need a negligible amount of 4 ply, so it is an ideal project for using up those tiny scraps of sock yarn. Two highly contrasting colours are required and I've included two charts: light lettering on dark background and vice versa. Also, wadding to stuff the sachet and some lavender oil, or some dried lavender. The sachet could be further embellished with charms or beads if desired.
