Joyful Dance

As your hook glides through your yarn creating stitches, it is like a dance of joy. Crochet and designing always bring me joy and I know making my designs will bring joy to you too. Let’s dance together. Joyful Dance is a beautifully textured blanket, using some of my favourite stitches and stitch combinations. The photo tutorial gives you step by step photos so that you can clearly see what each round and repeat should look like. Plus if you are a more visual person or a beginner to crochet there are also video tutorials in US terms that take you through step by step, with lots of handy hints and tips for working the special stitches. The pattern is written to use 5 colours, but you can use as many or few colours as you like. For Double Knit yarn with a 4mm G hook you will need a total of approx. 3835 meters / 4186 yards of yarn depending on the number of colours you use. Should you wish to use an Aran/ Worsted weight yarn and a 5 mm H hook you will need approx. 25% more yarn.
