The patterning is easy to memorize, making it both fun and relaxing to knit. It’s a perfect pattern for beginners, while expert sock knitters will want to knit them with every skein of DK in their stash! The subtle blips of garter stitch create an interesting texture while still allowing the beauty of a hand-dyed yarn to shine through. This ‘Twilight Island’ colorway from Lavender Lune enchanted me from the moment I first saw it, so when she asked me to design DK weight socks, I knew just what I wanted.
