Rococo Pullover

The Rococo pullover is knitted seamlessly top-down starting at the neckband. The sleeves and body are separated at the underarm and knitted separately. The back is shaped with short-rows to give it a bit more length and to improve the fit. My inspiration for this pullover were the slightly irregular and curvy carvings from the Rococo era, and the wrapped stitches remind me of the seashells typical for Rococo style. The lace pattern is modified from a lace chart found in the Japanese knitting stitch bible by Hitomi Shida.
