This pattern is published in *52 Weeks of Shawls* by Laine Publishing. *Venus* is a large parallelogram-shaped stole knitted in garter stitch, with a delicate seashell pattern and lines formed by slipped stitches. The shawl is worked from one short edge to the other, and the shape of the stole is formed by making decreases on the right edge and increases on the left edge. Marion Em loves the sea and playing in the waves, and the seashell pattern represents this. **FINISHED MEASUREMENTS**
