Autumn in Istanbul

AUTUMN IN ISTANBUL is an asymmetrical trapezoid-shaped kite shawl which combines different knitting techniques. From short row waves, to mosaic colorwork and lace, you will never get bored knitting this shawl. It uses three different types of fingering weight yarns from Urth Yarns. This shawl was inspired by vibrant colors of falling leaves and the brisk weather of autumn but it will look fabulous in many different color combinations. It is a perfect, lightweight shawl that can be used at crisp fall days and nights over your favorite dress or blouse. You can also wrap it around your neck to warm you up.
