5|five

The 5 / FIVE sock is designed for the 5th anniversary of Wol met Verve in 2016. It is a sock with a simple knit/purl pattern that knits easily and quickly and does not distract too much attention from the colored yarn that was dyed in the typical colors of the 'Wol met Verve' logo. Therefore it is also suitable for many colored and speckled hand-dyed yarns. To me it is the ideal "car sock" because I like to knit socks when I travel by car (as a passenger!). I can knit this pattern without needing a pattern and it gives a nice effect to my yarns. This pattern is now available as a free download.
