The Seed Stitch Hair Scarf

This is a great scrap yarn pattern if you've been looking for one. It is a very quick knit and can be customized to your preference. You can wear it around a ponytail, as a headband, whatever you like really. This pattern is written for knitters of any skill level. The pattern recommends fingering weight yarn and US 8 (5 mm) needles for a drapey and lightweight knit. However, if you prefer tighter tension you are welcome to either use a heavier weight yarn (sport, DK, etc.) or a smaller needle size US 7 (4.5 mm) or US 6 (4 mm).
