Color coded rounds in body instructions indicate similar stitch sequences as the post stitches shift along with the natural spiral of working in a continuous round to create fluidly connected and branching texture. Photos and a link to an informal video tutorial are included in the pattern to illustrate post stitches as well as a detailed size chart that may also help estimate finished size with varying yarn weights. Remember that most people like a hat to fit with 1-2" of negative ease!
