Gift Card Stockings

Get ready for four adorable stocking patterns that everyone is going to love receiving! The Gift Card Stocking design consists of four different variations on a single pattern, each with unique features that can be mixed and matched to create a wide variety of stockings for decoration, ornaments, gift-giving, and as the name implies, adding a handmade touch to giving gift cards! These stockings are sure to be both loved and shared for generations! Happy Crocheting! PATTERN INFORMATION + Your PDF purchase includes written instructions and helpful photographs to aid in construction. + The patterns are written in English using US crochet terminology. + The patterns are formatted to have one featured image at the beginning of each of the patterns for reference, important images for construction within the pattern, and all other full-sized images at the end for easy, optional printing. SKILLS NEEDED + The skill level needed is beginner to advanced beginner. + The techniques you will need to know include: chain, single crochet, slip stitch, increase, working in the back loop only, working in the back bar of the chain, and the adjustable (magic) ring. Working with fur yarn (which takes some practice) is also utilized, but optional. MATERIALS NEEDED + To complete the Gift Card Stockings you will need: yarn in your choice of colors (about 40-50 yds/36.5-46 m of worsted/aran and about 10-12 yds/9-11 m of furry yarn depending on stocking choice), a size G/6 (4.0 mm) crochet hook, stitch markers, tapestry needle, scissors, and optionally a ¾ inch (20 mm) pom-pom maker, buttons, and trim. FINISHED MEASUREMENTS + The Gift Card Stockings measure approximately 3.5 inches (9 cm) across at the widest point by 5.25 inches (13 cm) tall not including the hanging tab.
