Everywhere Hat

Lately, I have seen this hat EVERYWHERE. Every store that sells cute hats has this hat design. So, this isn't really one of my "designs," because I didn't design it. It's more of a public service. If you have seen this hat in a store and thought - "I don't buy hats! I KNIT hats!" Then here is a pattern for it in three sizes that has been professionally tech edited and test knit.
