Worked seamlessly from the top down, it knits up quickly, and wears like a hassle-free shawl. This cowl is designed to keep knitters engaged by combining lace, cables, and texture. Each section is easy to memorize, and fun to knit. Best of all, this is a one skein project. Simply adjust the length of your ribbing, follow the simple yardage directions for bind off, and you will use EVERY LAST BIT of your skein. **YARN** Miss Babs Kunlun 70% Merino Wool, 15% Cashmere, 15% Silk; 280 yd/ 4.4 oz (255 m/125 g) skeins 1 skein, shown in Japanese Maple. 220-280 yards (200-225 m) of DK weight yarn. *Sample shown using 265 yards/250 meters of DK weight yarn.* **FINISHED MEASUREMENTS** Neck Opening: 21”/52.5 cm Front Length: 20½”/51.5 cm Back Length: 6½”/16.5 cm Length is adjustable, but any changes will affect yarn usage and finished dimensions. **NEEDLES** US Size 6 [4 mm] circular needle, 20”/50 cm long or size to obtain gauge **GAUGE** Blocked: 20 stitches and 28 rows = 4”/10 cm square in stockinette stitch.
