Raggedy Scarecrow Doll

The Raggedy Scarecrow is about 13 ½” tall. He’s worked from the feet up to his head in one piece. His arms and hair are worked separately and sewn in place. All his clothing is attached, so he’s the perfect cuddly doll for toddlers! I was inspired to make him, in honor of the 80th Anniversary of the Wizard of Oz. YARN: I Love This Yarn (Hobby Lobby yarn) in Forest Red Heart Super Saver in Aran OR Buff for the Head, hands & collar, Coffee, Charcoal, Fall, small amount of Black and Rust for Nose, Lips and Eyebrows HOOK: 4mm/G Hook SUPPLIES: Two 13mm Flat Black safety eyes OR two 5/8” Black Buttons, Stitch marker, Tapestry needle, tape measure, Small amount of Fiber-fil, Blush and brush to apply blush
