Fabulous Socks!

**A fabulous pair of toe-up socks - my most downloaded pattern to date! Extended double crochet stitches provide excellent stretch and the ribbed cuff is worked in rows of back loop only stitches for a snug finish around the ankle. This is an INTERMEDIATE level pattern, written in UK & US terms. There are accompanying YouTube tutorial links for each stage of the pattern. Sizes - adult small (20-23cm), medium (23.5-25.5cm), large (26-28cm). . I have written the pattern for Painbox Yarns Socks but the pattern could be followed using your preferred sock yarn. NB substituting yarn may effect guage and yardage. The toe, body and leg of these socks are worked in the round in a continuous spiral. After the body of the sock is complete, the cuff is crocheted in rows working vertically to the body of the sock, picking up stitches in the final round of the leg. This pattern has been thoroughly tested in the different sizes and also tech edited.
