Star Stitch Washcloth

I always try to make something useful even when I'm swatching or trying out a new stitch. With a ball of kitchen cotton yarn and your hook, learn the star stitch and create a simple washcloth at the same time. I've included a photo tutorial to walk you through each step of the stitch. The star stitch reminds me of knitting stitches where you need 2 row passes to complete the actual stitch. Take your time and follow each step, and, before you know it, you'll have a superbly textured cloth that will leave you saying wow.
