Bee-autiful Baby Blanket

A bee-autiful knitting pattern download for an easy baby blanket. This blanket features a stylish, geometric, honeycomb pattern decorated with adorable little bees. The blanket design was inspired by watching my baby's delight when she saw busy bees buzzing around lavender in our garden. Everyone was happy - the baby, the bees and the flowers! This easy to knit pattern uses just knit and purl stitches to create this striking design. The pattern is illustrated and everything is written out - there are no charts to follow. You can arrange the bees wherever you like - making your blanket truely personal and unique. Or you can knit the honeycomb without the bees to make a modern geometric blanket for the home. The recommended worsted / aran weight yarn makes this a relatively quick knit. The pattern is for a 70cm x 85cm (28" x 33") blanket, ideal for a pram, buggy or moses basket, however it also includes instructions for knitting larger blankets of any size you require.
