Wow, I'm really impressed how many people like those simple potholders. Since someone asked for a pattern and I couldn't find one in English, I thought I would give it a try and write my first pattern on my own. I'm pretty much used to the knitting terms in English, but never read a crochet pattern in a foreign language before, so I hope it makes some sense at all.
