Worsted Entrechat Bonnet

The front of the bonnet is knit flat, featuring an easy textured stitch; the crown is knit in the round after the back neck is finished by a three-needle bind off. An applied I-cord and I-cord ties are worked on the neck portion, then an applied I-cord is worked around the front to cinch in the fit around the face. **SKILLS REQUIRED**: cast on, knitting, purling, decreasing, working an easy texture stitch, working I-cord and applied I-cord (explanations provided), yarn over, three-needle bind off. **SIZES:** **0-3mo (3-12mo, 12-24mo)** For head circumference up to: **16 (18, 19) inches or 40.5 (46, 48) cm.** Finished bonnet is approximately 10.5 (12, 12.75) inches or 26.5 (30.5, 32.5) cm around face measured from base of jaw.
