The Hari henley is a relaxed sweater knit in a loose weave. This sweater is designed to have 4-6”/ 10-15cm of ease at the bust, which means the finished garment will be 4-6”/ 10-15cm larger than your actual bust measurement. The Hari Henley is worked top down with a set-in sleeve construction. Increases are worked to shape shoulders, armhole and neckline. Below the underarm, the body can be worked in rounds, or worked flat and seamed. Decreases are worked for optional bust and waist shaping. Sleeves are worked flat at the sleeve cap, then joined to be worked in rounds. Front, back and sleeves are seamed. Button bands and collar are worked by picking up stitches along the front and neckline. **Sizes** 10 graded sizes, to fit 28-64” bust, and an additional made-to-measure option. **Finished garment measures around bust:** 28-30 (32-34, 36-38, 40-42, 44-46) (48-50, 52-54, 56-68, 60-62) 62-64 inches 71-76 (81-86, 91-97, 102-107, 112-117) (122-127, 132-137, 142-147, 152-157) 157-163 cm **Needles** 4mm circular needles on cord length 24” - 40” / 60 - 100 cm. 3.5mm needles for button band and ribbing [or needle size to fit yarn] Sleeves can be knit on the same cord length by pulling out excess cord. Alternatively, use your preferred small-circumference knitting method. **Notions** Snap buttons or 0.5” / 1.2cm buttons [may vary if knit in a different gauge] Stitch markers, scissors, tapestry needle, ruler or tape measure, stitch holder or scrap yarn **Suggested gauge** 22 stitches x 34 rows in stockinette = 4” x 4” / 10cm x 10cm (blocked) Made-to-meausre option is available to accommodate varying gauge. **Yarn** Lace weight yarn is suggested.
