the misaki scarf

the misaki scarf is knit flat in garter stitch on 4mm needles. 2 increases are made each row (1 at each end) to create a tapered edge. each first stitch is slipped to create a neater edge skills needed: casting on, knit stitch, sl1pwyif, yarn over, KFB, cast off (the above skills are all beginner friendly, if you are a beginner there are lots of helpful youtube videos) the scarf is made using any DK weight or equivalent yarn (approx 25g / 30g) - this was created with using up my yarn stash in mind so please feel free to use any yarn you like! scarf A is made with one strand of Debbie Bliss Cashmerino DK in Lilac scarf B is made with two strands of Sandes Garn Sunday in Baby Blue Eyes held together this pattern is free and beginner friendly, if you have any questions just ask [janasknits](/people/janasknits) on here or on instagram please note this pattern us *untested* hence why it is free - I am a beginner knitter and this is my first pattern thank you!
